Lucy Laucht is a photographer and published author living in Cornwall, UK.

Known for her evocative, light-filled work, she captures the sense of place through fleeting moments that invoke a sense of nostalgia. Lucy is happiest making photographs at the intersection of travel and design and her work spans portraiture, interiors, food and fashion.

In her personal work Lucy’s gaze is drawn to the quiet poetry of who we are beside the sea. Lucy’s first photography book, Il Dolce Far Niente: The Italian Way of Summer, celebrates the languid rhythms of southern Italy’s coastal life and the timeless appeal of the Mediterranean in warm, lyrical images.

Clients include J.Crew, Sézane, Hotel Il Pellicano, Belmond, Four Seasons, Aman, Le Sirenuse, Barbour, American Airlines, Citi Bank, Elle France, Conde Nast Traveller, House & Garden Magazine.
